Wooden beam houses are encountered and built all over the world, in different, frequently extreme, climatic conditions. On account of their easy construction and relatively cheap material costs, they were and still are very popular. In the past, they were built in areas where the raw materials were available. As civilisation and transportation developed, they also began to gradually appear in forestless lands. Nowadays they still enjoy popularity among potential customers worldwide.

Our offer provides for the erecting of houses of profiled and glued laminated coniferous wood beams (pine, spruce). We offer beams 190 mm high in three thickness versions: 113, 134 and 164 mm. The technique used to join the beams horizontally and at the corners of the building as well as their low humidity (max 16%) guarantee the construction’s impeccable watertightness, stability and durability. For year-round houses, the beam walls are insulated inside the building with mineral wool in an additional frame construction.

Every building is constructed according to individual designs, taking into consideration the customer’s needs as regards the building’s size, functions and architecture as well as the materials and technologies to be used. The customer decides, among other things, on the standard of windows, doors, roofing technology and heating system to be applied. In addition to conventional materials we offer natural aspen chips or shingles to cover the roof. Wooden components of the construction are protected from the influence of harmful weather conditions and biological damage. The impregnants, dyes and lacquers applied are durable and boast the necessary European certificates.

Our offer includes design preparation and detailed technical drawings, the completion of any required components and materials as well as building transportation and assembly at a place indicated by the customer.
