Skeleton structure houses

Our Offer

The construction of our skeleton houses is based on the technology that is widely used in USA and Canada. The size and architecture of the building depends on the customer.

Chamber dried coniferous wood, which meets specific quality requirements, is subject to simple carpentry processing. The construction components are fixed using stainless nails, bolts and profiled steel connectors. The supporting skeleton of the building is ground sills, girts, posts, rafters and ceiling components that are made of sawn timber of the same thickness and set out in precisely determined modules. Parameters related to the width and lengths of individual planks are included in auxiliary tables and consider the designer’s requirements concerning the building’s architecture, operational loads, spans and thermal insulation. At the designer or customer’s request the cross-sections and modules of the construction components or the arrangement of individual layers in walls and ceilings may be changed. However, observing the rules related to designing a wooden skeleton construction is obligatory.

In our buildings, we use technologies and materials with the necessary European certificates and permits. The customer decides on the quality of windows and doors, selects materials for the elevation and roofing, decides how the building is to be heated and selects the furnishings. Thus, the customer has direct influence on the construction costs.

Our offer includes comprehensive realisation of the structure, from the design stage through to the completion of delivery, transport and assembly on the foundation until the finishing works. Every construction project is conducted by a manager with the necessary qualifications and long-standing experience in realisations of this type.
